James Dienes serves in both a Real Estate Sales and Management capacity, responsible for managing a portfolio of REO listings, both residential and commercial. His primary function is the setting up and daily management of the in house REO Department, listing and selling REO’S for several major lenders both local and out of state. He specializes in producing BPO’S, Market Analysis Reports, Strategy Reports, and negotiating offers and counter offers on REO listings with daily involvement in the design and marketing strategy used to market new REO listings. To date, he has listed, sold and closed over 250 REO properties for several major lenders. In addition to this, James interacts on a daily basis with his staff of over 20 agents and brokers and assists them with all aspects of their business.

He is directly involved with “Town and Country Relocation," a new division specifically designed to serve as an intermediary between the corporation and the home buyer. This service provides packaged reports of the property to the corporation, prior to selling the property for the corporation. Having sold more than 178 million dollars in single family homes and income property since 1984, he has consistently averaged over 9 million dollars per year in sales!

As a new licensee, James obtained his real estate License in 1984. He worked for Century 21 until May of 1985. During that time, he sold more than 5 million dollars and was awarded “Rookie of The Year” for the Southern California Century 21 system. He listed and sold residential, commercial and multi-family properties in the Orange County area.
